Log in to the Dealer Portal and click the WARRANTY tab above. Complete the Customer Details and Installation Details sections, upload your installation photos, then click Submit Warranty. You will receive a confirmation email once lodged.
You will need the Controller Serial No., Tank Serial No., and Heat Pump Serial No. These are on the rating plates attached to each component. For Wi-Fi systems, also tick the Wi-Fi Controller checkbox and enter the controller serial number.
Reclaim Energy offers up to 10 years warranty on heat pump systems and up to 6 years parts and labour on the Eco R290 range. Refer to the Warranty Booklet in the Manuals tab for full terms and conditions.
